Description: Comfort Rating: Performance Rating: Quality Rating: Appearance Rating: Favorite Feature: great gas mileage, comfortable seats and lots of leg room for tall people (like me!) Least Favorite Feature: some wind noise heard at high speeds Advice to Buyer: Get a great deal on a 99 since the 2000's are in, too. Detailed Review: I have bought a Neon Highline 4-door in February after looking at Saturn's and Toyota's offerings. Major criteria in the search were high gasoline efficiency and comfortable ride. My commute is fairly long and I do lots of highway driving. I found that long-legged people in a Saturn four-door and a Toyota Corolla have trouble with the central radio and A/C console sticking out too far and a lack of side seat bottom support. I now have 12000+ miles on the odometer after 6 months and have absolutely no trouble. None. Gas mileage averages between 38 and 40 mpg, just as the sticker said. I enjoy the great stereo system (6 speaker), CD player, and the good ventilation system with COLD air. Plus, I got a great deal on it!
