Description: Comfort Rating: Performance Rating: Quality Rating: Appearance Rating: Favorite Feature: Turbocharged V-6 mated to All Wheel Drive (vicious coupling) AWESOME Torque and acceleration Least Favorite Feature: Very limited number produced driving up parts cost and limited aftermarket performance parts are available Advice to Buyer: Snatch one up today if you can, it will be the last Sports Car you ever need or want Detailed Review: 1993 GMC Typhoon - 4.3 ltr V-6 Turbocharged Intercooled All Wheel Drive SUPERTRUCK. A little pressure to the pedal while holding in the brake will build boost pressure in the intake and once the light goes green dump the brake mash the pedal and put any well bred Mustang or even Corvette to shame. The All Wheel Drive puts 285 Horses to the ground without a squeek, slamming your head against the seat but pulls so straight and even that I often change CD's while eyeballing the Mustang disappearing in my rearview. You have got to drive on of these limited production vehicles to know what you are dealing with. 'The United States Weather Service Has issued storm warnings in the vicinity. Be very aware of Syclone and Typhoon activity in your area. Immediately notify the USWS of any storm activity in your neighborhood.' Only 2300 of these trucks were made in 93 so take any opportunity to look one over.
