Description: Overall Rating: Comfort Rating: Performance Rating: Quality Rating: Appearance Rating: Favorite Feature: Great handling. Fun and cute car for the money. Least Favorite Feature: To get leather seats, you have to purchase a lot of other options as well (it's a package). Advice to Buyer: Don't try to rationalize that it's practical -- except for the fact you won't get stuck as carpool driver! Detailed Review: I really liked the handling of this car. It is very responsive. I'm 5'2' and felt just right in it -- I don't know how a tall or large person would fit. The salesperson was 5'11' and he had about one inch of headroom. I read another review that said this is not a 'chick ride'. I'm not *exactly* sure what that means, but I suppose technically I qualify as a 'chick' and I loved it. I have an '85 VW Cabriolet that I absolutely love and can barely think of selling. I need a car to change my mind and I think this is it. Less roomy but it is even more fun to drive. It's not very windy with the top down (with optional Windblocker installed). A little noisy with the top up, but you're close to the ground and it *is* a convertible and so not greatly insulated. I drove up to 45 mph and felt the ride was fairly smooth (though the suspension was quite firm on the car I drove and so the drive was relatively bumpy at slow speeds). It makes tight circles. Good acceleration. Very good visibility (it's hard to see out the back of some convertibles when the top is up). My insurance company says it is rated relatively good in terms of safety--a welcome surprise!
