Description: Infiniti, the luxury division of Nissan North America, Inc., today announced a Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) for the QX56 AWD version of $50,400, with the rear-wheel drive version priced at $47,400. The QX56 went on sale at Infiniti dealers nationwide in February 2004. The QX56 is offered with a 5.6-liter DOHC V8 engine producing 315 horsepower and 390 lb-ft of torque, 5-speed automatic transmission, Sojourner leather-appointed seating surfaces, DVD-based navigation system and power-operated rear tailgate. The QX56 also offers a Smart Vision package with a rear view monitor and Intelligent Cruise Control. The new QX56 becomes the fourth V8-powered Infiniti, joining the Q45 and M45 sedans and FX45 crossover SUV, and the third with all-wheel drive, along with the FX and the newly introduced 2004 G35 Sedan AWD model. The new QX56 is the first Infiniti model built in North America.
