Grand Prize winner will be determined by an independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest and based on the most Pledges taken from entrant’s referrals during the promotion period. In the event of a tie, a random drawing will be held by the same independent judging organization, between the entrants that have tied with most referral Pledges.
