Description: Did you know that a recent J.D. Power and Associates study found that Autobytel generates the most leads per dealer of any website? While we were honored to receive the recognition, we know it's not just quantity that counts, but QUALITY. That's why we launched what we feel is the most aggressive customer "scrubbing" process in the business. Our proprietary Quality Verification SystemSM (QVS) ensures that the millions of people who visit our sites every month read the same message before we send them to you-"SERIOUS BUYERS ONLY." This revised website language is just the first step of a rigorous, multi-level process. QVS's phone validation system, for example, goes beyond basic software validation by actually calling the primary phone number for everyone who submits a Purchase Request. We're not satisfied with standard "email pinging" software to ensure that an email address is valid. Instead, we send every customer an email to verify if his or her email address is deliverable before we send the request to the dealership. We have received a lot of positive feedback from our member dealers about this new process, and our surveys show that the closing ratios on the customers we send you are, on average, up 35% since the beginning of this year. We plan to continue our efforts to make sure you receive not only quantity from Autobytel, but quality as well. Look for more updates on what we are doing to further enhance our quality initiatives in upcoming editions of this newsletter. |
