Description: Once upon a time, there were two outlets you could pursue for assistance at Autobytel: the Dealer Care team, and the Dealer Support team. The Dealer Care team has been traditionally responsible for initial training and iManager support, while the Dealer Support team has been responsible for ongoing dealer service. We are pleased to announce that we are combining these two dealer-facing teams into a single powerhouse team called Dealer Support. Dealer Support is responsible for helping you with any and all issues, all in one place. Combining these two teams not only enables better communication, but also provides a more convenient process for you - it is your one-stop resource for assistance and information. As always, our goal is to improve your overall satisfaction with Autobytel. Please see the list of contact numbers listed in this newsletter, and feel free to contact us if you have any questions or need assistance. |
