Ask the editor... Last year, Suzuki fought valiantly to capture some of the crossover-hip buzz created by Toyota's Matrix and Pontiac's Vibe for their own crossover compact, the Aero SX Wagon. Their hard work produced mixed results, with good-but-not-great reviews. In 2003, Suzuki will make some small-but-important changes to their vehicle line-up, and hope to attract buyers to their largely SUV grouping. Suzuki Aerio Sedan MSRP Range: $13,499 - $14,499 For 2003, the Aero Sedan and SX Wagon will get all-wheel-drive. No other changes have been announced. Suzuki Aerio SX MSRP Range: $14,499 - $14,499 For 2003, the Aero Sedan and Wagon will get all-wheel-drive. No other changes have been announced. Suzuki Esteem MSRP Range: $13,299 - $16,599 This vehicle is no longer being produced, as it was replaced by the Aero. Suzuki Grand Vitara MSRP Range: $18,599 - $22,999 Details have not yet been announced, but look for the Grand Vitara to receive some small-but-critical improvements. Suzuki Vitara MSRP Range: $15,599 - $18,199 No significant changes are planned for 2003. Suzuki XL-7 MSRP Range: $19,599 - $25,999 Like the Grand Vitara, details have not yet been announced. But look for similar changes to Suzuki's largest model. |
