Infiniti's accelerated pace of new product introductions, which kicked off last year with the all-new 2002 Q45 and refined, more powerful 2002 I35, continues at full speed in the 2003 model year. Following the spring debut of the new G35 sport sedan will be the new M45 performance sedan in early October and the G35 sport coupe in November. The new FX45 luxury crossover vehicle is scheduled to go on sale in early 2003. Infiniti M45 Infiniti's all-new M45 is a performance sedan designed with a luxury appeal. Priced at around $42,300, the M45 is for drivers who aren't quite ready to give up power and handling for high-end items such as Intelligent Cruise Control and Voice Recognition. Built to compete with cars like the Jaguar S-Type and BMW 530i, the M45 comes with a 4.5-liter V8 engine producing 340 horsepower leads the way, controlled by a standard 5-speed automatic transmission with manual shift mode. Standard features include xenon headlamps, dual-zone automatic temperature controls, Vehicle Information System with over-sized LCD screen, Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC), "Sojourner" Luxury Leather seating surfaces and Bose® premium audio system. The 2003 M45 will be offered in a variety of equipment packages: Comfort and Convenience, Technology and Premium packages. The Comfort and Convenience package includes memory seats, electrochromic mirrors, heated outside mirrors, reverse tilt down mirror, HomeLink™ Universal Transceiver, full-size spare and direct reading tire pressure monitor. The fully loaded Technology Package comes with the Infiniti Navigation System, upgraded LCD display screen and Intelligent Cruise Control, which employs lasers to sense vehicles ahead and adjust speed. The Premium Package includes climate control seats, sunroof and Infiniti Voice Recognition. Priced at around $42,300.   Infiniti G35   MSRP Range: $27,100 - $28,950 Designed to compete with its German counterparts, the BMW 3-Series, Audi A4 and Mercedes-Benz C-Class, the 2003 Infiniti G35 -- a 4-door, 5-passenger sports sedan -- is a new kid likely to shake things up in this neighborhood of big boys. It's certinaly no slouch on the street: the G35 is full of punch and sticks to the pavement quite nicely even on the sharpest curves. The new four-wheel independent multi-link suspension uses two separate lower links and a long upper link in the front. The G35 comes with a standard 3.5-liter, V6, 260-horsepower engine that gets 19-mpg in the city and 24-mpg on the highway. A 5-speed automatic transmission with overdrive is standard. Infiniti G35 sedan prices start at $27,500. Infiniti G35 Coupe Designed from the ground up on the racing-inspired FM (Front Mid-ship) platform, the new 2003 Infiniti G35 Sport Coupe offers all of the advanced technology, leading-edge design and luxury amenities of the recently introduced Infiniti G35 Sport Sedan but in a stylish, two-door body. The G35 Sport Coupe features standard features, including a 280 horsepower 3.5-liter DOHC V6 mated to a choice of a 6-speed manual transmission or 5-speed electronically controlled automatic with manual shift mode. Inside, the G35 Sport Coupe offers the expected levels of Infiniti premium available amenities, ranging from ultra-soft leather-appointed seats and Bose® premium audio system to a DVD-type Infiniti Navigation System.
