Description: Porsche Cayenne Click here for more information... What's the big deal? 55K, less than 15 mpg? Oink! Personally, I'll take the Land Rover any day....less money, about the same mileage, and 50 years of building real 4WD's, not just hopping on a current craze 'cause that's where the bucks are. The Germans are going to have to do a LOT better than this! R.S. That's the silliest looking Porsche I ever saw! D.S I think there should be a law stating that anyone in the automobile industry take a extended course in auto design from Volvo. Volvo is the greatest and have the public interest in mind when they design a vehicle. Daniel R. This is the most awesome car I have ever seen in my life--Thanks for sending this review! N. Autobytel Inc. operates the popular automotive websites Autobytel.com, Autoweb.com, Carsmart.com, and Autosite.com. xxx More on Fuel Economy... Hybrid and fuel cell technology are here to stay; and not a moment too soon. If the oil companies had their way, even these vehicles would never have seen the light of day. But thanks to lobbyists, and maybe some good'ol common sense, citizens see the need to be responsible "environmentalists," and do their part to help mother earth. That may fly in the face of the love-affair with the SUV - but as a hybrid, could this also breathe new life into a whole new SUV revolution? It's like having your cake and eating it too. Three cheers for Toyota, Honda for sticking their necks out to get the tire rolling. Perhaps the popularity of these vehicles will further spur the U.S. automakers into action - and we could really use that now with $2.00 per gallon gasoline prices. Rest assured those prices will return in the future. Will we be ready next time? Auto Show Shound Off! If Ford would build a crown Victoria Station Wagon I'd buy it over a SUV. Dave K. The new GTO looks nothing like the original. It seems GM is trying to bring in some exciting new models (which it needs to do), but the GTO is NOT one of those. It looks like a poor attempt at a new model and looks more like a Grand AM than anything else. No new styling there. Why can't GM see that the public wants a new car to look like a new car- not a rebadged model. Take a hint from Ford on this one- The new 2005 Mustang hits the mark. My hats off to Ford on the Mustang styling. Dave R. VW Touareg Click here to read the review. Shame on VW for joining the mileage "pigs at the trough" with your new SUV Touareg. Why would a company known for making good gas mileage cars turn out this fat hog? Greed! M.R. 2004 Ford F-150 Click here to read the review. Please find out from Ford why on earth have they reduced bed size in the four door, this item alone will cost Ford $$Millions in lost revenue, all my friends here in the office have crossed over to Dodge for that very reason, please have Ford revisit this major, major, major oversight, have the powers that be build four door with a decent length bed, so there is room to actually haul something substantial. Michael B. Excellent review. Makes me proud that Ford may have gotten the message. I have been seriously looking at the RAM crewcab. Now I will have to go down to my Ford dealer when the trucks arrive and give them a serious look. Bill M. |
