Description: Overall Rating: Comfort Rating: Performance Rating: Quality Rating: Appearance Rating: Favorite Feature: Dent resistant panels, amazing paint job, and plenty of trunk room Least Favorite Feature: Back seat passengers don't have any room, and they flip up lights squeek occassionally after it rains. However, the new SC2 have increased room and removed the flip up lights (standard fixed lights). Advice to Buyer: The Saturn SC2 is a well designed, low maintainance, and well priced car. If you purchase an SC2, you will not be sorry. My wife and I are purchasing our next Saturn this month. Detailed Review: The 1993 Saturn SC2 is a wonderful vehicle. It's been a reliable car that continues to perform year after year. While living in North Dakota, I experienced some of the harshest weather you can receive. The SC2 started in sub-zero temperatures (without a head-bolt heater), dealt with heavy rain, and held a shine under blazing heat. In the last five years, the Saturn has maintained it's luster in the paint and doesn't show a trace of rust (even now that I live in MN where they use salt on the roads in the winter). When the car is washed, it looks as though it came off the factory show room. The dent resistant panels have been a savior. Once or twice the car has been nailed by a shopping cart, or another inconsiderate driver (opening their door). In the last five years, it has only received it's regular maintainance (oil changes, etc.).
