Aviva acquires HPI Group Holdings Ltd

| Aviva plc has announced that its Norwich Union Insurance subsidiary has acquired the entire share capital of HPI Group Holdings Ltd from Phoenix Equity Partners for £118.5 million in cash and £1.5 million in loan notes. |
